Arbor Day Farm is the 260-acre property owned and operated by the Arbor Day Foundation where our mission comes to life.

**You Have:**

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette
• Experience with computers and ability to learn the OPERA computer system
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle busy situations, multitask, and work as a team player

**You Will:**

• Provide critical first impressions and world-class service to all guests
• Register guests, assign rooms, accommodate special requests, and ensure a smooth and memorable experience
• Work as a team and individually to create a fun work environment with teamwork at the forefront
• Be available to work 2nd shift (3:00-11:00 PM) and have weekend availability
