About the role:
As a BizOps Summer Intern on our Fleet Ops team at Kyte, you will lead a number of critical projects relating to our most important asset: our vehicles. You will primarily be responsible for our infleeting and vehicle registration process including both operations, setting up procedures, and analysis, with potential to work with our damage repair and preventative maintenance vendors. This role requires critical thinking, hustle, and independent problem-solving with cross-functional stakeholders to create standard operating procedures for our growing company. Finally, we want someone who wants to learn and grow: you will get as much out of this as you want and will have the opportunity to grow in the process.
Location: this is a hybrid role located in San Francisco, CA.### Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of Kyte’s infleeting process working closely with our markets teams and vendors
  • Create new and own standard operating procedures for multiple critical workflows
  • Conduct an analysis for Kyte’s 2025 registration strategy and infleeting strategy
  • Source new registration and infleeting vendors
  • Manage relationships with current registration vendors

Required

  • Rising college senior or recent college graduate
  • Based in the Bay area and able to work in a hybrid capacity from our San Francisco office
  • Available from Mid-May to Mid-August
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to shift between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
  • Passionate about mobility and startups

Preferred

  • Experience working for a startup
  • Previous experience in the mobility industry or automotive
  • Experience with SQL Benefits
