About the Role:

• Manage a team of 5 technicians
• Oversee daily operations and site visits
• Troubleshoot and monitor systems remotely
• Develop and streamline processes
• Ensure optimal system operation and documentation

Responsibilities Include:

• Onboarding and training technicians
• Leading field service team activities
• Managing documentation and schedules
• Collaborating on system improvements
• Project management and budgeting

Requirements:

• Technological certificates or education preferred
• 3 years of field service management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems
• Experience with PLC and HMI systems
• Ability to travel and work extended hours

Compensation:

• Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 annually
