Job Description and Key Responsibilities

As a Clean Energy Advocate with Environment Georgia, you will work to promote clean energy solutions and advocate for policies that reduce pollution and protect the environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Advocating for energy conservation and renewable power to reduce reliance on fossil fuels
• Promoting plastic reduction initiatives to prevent pollution of oceans
• Defending wildlife and wild places to preserve biodiversity and natural habitats
• Working with a network of state environmental groups to improve quality of life through pollution reduction and sustainable practices

Qualifications

• Strong passion for environmental issues and a desire to make a positive impact
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and remotely
