**We expect:**

• Master's degree or PhD in relevant area (engineering, mathematics, physics, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in carbon and power market analysis and knowledge of related markets (certificates, gas, and coal)
• Strong analytical skills
• Clear and effective communication
• Programming skills (Python and/or R)
• Experience in a trading environment and commodity markets
• Reactivity, creativity, initiative, autonomy
• Fluent in English
