Job Description

We are looking for someone who is an organizer, detail-oriented and strong academically. You must be able to initiate and start tasks on your own and be able to manage yourself. Those who are able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities do best in this position. We offer a fun, challenging and rewarding work environment for our employees. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start growing their career and is interested in growth. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.50/HR + quarterly bonuses (depending on performance). Shift: Monday-Friday + Rotating Saturday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  • Handle customer complaints, including difficult/escalated callers

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and provide follow-up support

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

    Qualifications

  • Must have a strong work history and a proven punctuality track record

  • Proven customer support experience

  • Strong phone contact handling skills

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
