Internship in Marketing and Communication

Klim is creating a collective movement with farmers, businesses, and consumers to rapidly spread Regenerative Agriculture, sustainably reduce CO2 emissions, and improve soil health and biodiversity. This contributes significantly to climate protection and food security.

Regenerative Agriculture promotes biodiversity, soil water retention, and climate resilience in addition to reducing and sequestering greenhouse gases. It also enhances yield security and, consequently, the profitability of farmers. The digital platform offers agricultural companies documentation and financing options, access to knowledge, and a community. Businesses have the opportunity to support Regenerative Agriculture within or outside their supply chains, and consumers can contribute by purchasing products with the Klim Label.

Responsibilities:

• Join the Content Creation Team for 3 months as part of your internship and write high-quality articles on specific topics related to Regenerative Agriculture.
• Contribute your agricultural expertise to educating others about Regenerative Agriculture.
• Assist in expanding our certification system by scientifically evaluating and validating new regenerative methods.
• Take on tasks in the social media field.

Qualifications:

• Background in agriculture (education, studies, and practical experience).
• A familial agricultural background is a significant plus.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• High motivation and willingness to try new things.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written), with English skills as a bonus.
