Engaged since 1995 alongside our clients to support them in their transformation towards more sustainable economic models and their operational variations, our Climate Change and Sustainability (CCaSS) department currently has 180 consultants in France, 1500 in Europe, and over 2800 globally. With a unique acceleration of the needs of businesses and public actors, we are recruiting several experienced profiles at Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager levels to help address these new challenges and transform them into opportunities.

Our main areas of intervention include:

• ESG Strategy: Environmental, Social, and Governance strategy for companies and investors
• Climate Strategy: Decarbonization trajectory and energy performance
• Strategy and operational support for private and public energy and environmental actors
• Sustainable products and brands
• Responsible and sustainable supply chains
• Assistance in reporting and auditing non-financial data of companies

Your Responsibilities:

Within the Climate Change Sustainability department, you will assist our clients in ESG strategy and performance issues throughout the investment cycle. By your actions, you will contribute to putting sustainable value creation at the heart of investment decisions and redirecting financial flows towards building a desirable and sustainable future.

You will work on the following missions:

• Conducting materiality studies and contributing to the definition of investment frameworks on various topics such as renewable energy, energy transition, regenerative agriculture, energy efficiency, etc.
• Defining relevant selection criteria considering the ESG performance of targets
• Supporting investors in acquisition buy-side due diligence and vendor due diligence for divestment to shed light on the strategy, organization, and actual performance of a target or participation on these issues
• Assisting clients in defining and implementing ambitious strategies within their portfolio companies post-acquisition to align their ESG and Climate performances with the goals set by investors
• Taking responsibility for a project team or workstream, defining the approach, supervising junior teams, producing deliverables, presenting conclusions and recommendations to key stakeholders like the general management, shareholders, fund investment team, etc.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, political science institute, or university Master's degree
• At least 3 years of experience for a Consultant, 6 years for a Manager, and 10 years for a Senior Manager in an audit, consulting firm, or investment bank
• First experience in one of the following areas: ESG, CSR, sustainable development, HSE, ESG strategy, impact investing, investor advisory, transaction services, corporate finance, or corporate strategy transformation
• Desire to develop human and managerial qualities
• Ability to work effectively, show high standards, and adapt to challenging environments
