Channel Development Specialist at Exponent Energy

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Identify and target new channel partners for business growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create channel development strategies.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure effective product/service sales.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to recommend innovative channel strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in channel development or partner management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus.
