Nooco is a French software SaaS company specializing in measuring the carbon footprint of construction projects, including new construction, renovation, and rehabilitation projects for buildings and industries. The Nooco platform allows for a reliable calculation of a project's carbon footprint, essential for compliance with new regulations in France and Europe aimed at reducing the impact of buildings on the climate.

Role

The Nooco solution targets all construction stakeholders to promote transparent dialogue regarding environmental issues. As part of the Product Delivery team, you will work with various profiles including Product Owners, CTO experts, developers, and users to address the challenges of automating Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) calculations for buildings. Your specific missions will involve:

• Conducting 70% of your work time devoted to Change Management
• Supporting and training leading construction companies in France to integrate environmental calculations into their processes using the Nooco platform, guiding them in modeling their projects for carbon reduction
• Enhancing building data models and AI to improve comparison criteria and contribute to the reliability of carbon indicators in projects
• Improving user experience by proposing new features for the platform and participating in the development process with the product team

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent (BAC+5)
• Global understanding of the building value chain
• Technical knowledge of construction vocabulary
• Excellent interpersonal skills to guide clients in change management strategies
• Passion for environmental issues
• Independent and team player
• Initiative and problem-solving pragmatism
• Effective communication in French and English, both oral and written
• Strong writing skills to communicate clearly and precisely
