The Role:

This role is central to our operational strategy, focused on addressing and managing key challenges to enhance overall efficiency. The ideal candidate is comfortable in dynamic environments, adept at navigating complex situations, and skilled in developing and implementing effective solutions.

Responsibilities include identifying and resolving problems, refining processes, and converting solutions into actionable steps. The role requires careful planning, identifying key dependencies, stakeholders, and paths to ensure successful organizational implementation. Candidates should have robust experience in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Confluence, Smartsheets), and be capable of training others in best practices to optimize operations. Strong communication skills are essential, with an ability to clearly articulate business needs to diverse audiences, fostering strategic discussions, and cultivating partnerships to achieve impactful outcomes.

What you'll accomplish

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster teamwork across departments, promoting communication and joint efforts to meet organizational objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement and Change Management: Identify and address issues, develop solutions, and implement them effectively. Conduct team training and collaborate with stakeholders to refine solutions before deployment.
  • Relationship and Stakeholder Management: Build consensus and collaborate effectively in complex environments.
  • Process and Systems Awareness: Understand the interdependencies of various processes and the implications of implementing new solutions.
  • Results Focus: Commitment to achieving project goals and deliverables.

Tactical Skills:

  • Project Management: Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely and budget-aligned completion. Regularly update stakeholders on project status.
  • Financial Management: Analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities. Assist with scenario planning and template development.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and inform decision-making.

Examples of Workstreams:

  • Scaling and training in Project Management principles.
  • Leading Sales and Operations Planning initiatives.
  • Managing projects requiring robust project management.
  • Supporting and executing goal-setting processes.

What you bring (required):

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations management, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry or in 2-3 years in management consulting.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Comprehensive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of biotech industry regulations and quality standards is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, concepts, and software.
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-have (but not required)

  • Technical knowledge of the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry

  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, SQL

Pay Range: $120,000 - $152,000 + Stock Options

At EVERY™ pay ranges are subject to change and assigned to a job based on the location specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget.
