Your tasks include:

• Ensuring the operational management of applications
• Capturing and evaluating requirements from departments
• Coordinating the implementation within change requests and minor developments
• Organizing and conducting changes within test and release management
• Contributing to IT projects implementation, data flow concepts modeling, and document & workforce management system development
• Automating processes, especially in testing and electronic data exchange, primarily in the energy industry

Your profile should include:

• Successfully completed IT education
• Ideally, initial professional experience in application support and working with service providers
• Analytical thinking and quick understanding of complex relationships
• Strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving approach, and hands-on mentality
• Experience in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and SQL databases
