Zonneplan, a pioneer in the energy market since 2012, is looking for a motivated BI Specialist. Over the past years, we have experienced significant growth through IT Data, which has helped accelerate the energy transition in the Netherlands. Currently, we are in the process of further professionalization, and you can help us with that. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining complex dashboards essential for future-oriented decisions and daily operations. Your Role

As a BI Specialist at Zonneplan, you are the key player in translating complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining BI solutions that directly impact business operations at a management level and departmental level. Our data is available in Snowflake, our Data Lakehouse solution. Your work includes:

• Developing BI Dashboards and Reports
• Designing and implementing live dashboards and reports displaying critical business information for effective and quick information sharing with colleagues
• Data analysis and interpretation
• Collaborating with teams to provide tailored BI solutions supporting decision-making processes
• Training and supporting users of BI tools to analyze and interpret data independently

What We Expect from You

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Experience in Dashboard development; familiarity with Metabase or Grafana is a plus
• Strong social and communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to engage with stakeholders
• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
