Job Description
We're seeking a B2B Partner Marketing Manager to collaborate with our employer partners and increase adoption of our service to all their employees. As the B2B Partner Marketing Manager, you'll have the unique opportunity to establish and shape our partner marketing function from the ground up. You'll define our partner marketing direction, craft innovative marketing programs, and execute strategies to differentiate us in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with employer partners to develop and execute creative marketing strategies that drive employee adoption.
- Develop and manage a content strategy that engages target audiences across channels.
- Support, ideate, and execute lead generation programs across multiple channels including paid advertising, social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Identify and develop partnerships with key influencers and organizations to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
- Plan and execute events and activations at partner locations that generate buzz and leads.
- Develop and manage field marketing initiatives to build brand awareness in local markets.
- Support local Pandahubs as it pertains to marketing and field events.
- Develop and manage ongoing communications targeted to employees.
- Define and develop employee personas to ensure targeted and effective marketing across channels.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Requirements
- 5 years of B2B partner marketing experience with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Startup experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of partner marketing strategy, content marketing, lead generation, social media, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Mobility industry experience is a plus but not required.

- Salary range $75k to $110k depending on background and experience.
