Position: Data Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing insights to help drive better decision making within the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a passion for data, and possesses strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze large sets of data from various sources.
• Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to support decision making.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies.
• Identify trends and patterns in data sets.
• Work closely with management to prioritize business information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance data collection processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
