Responsibilities include:

• Hardcore Operations of Accounts Receivables

• Setting objectives for the accounts receivable function that aligns with the accounting department's goals.

• Monitoring processing of invoices & collection

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports.

• Organize records of invoices and deposits

• Ensure the team members follow the accounting principles.

• The candidate should be familiar with all accounting procedures and should be able to manage daily financial transactions end-to-end.

• Should be able to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire accounts receivable process.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of work experience as an Accounts Receivable AM / DM / Manager

• Candidate should be a B Com / M Com / MBA finance / CA Inter / CA

• Start-up (B2B, D2C, Platform) experience would be preferable.

• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to create and present detailed reports.

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask.

• Ability to accurately process numerical data.

• Team management and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving attitude

• Hands-on experience in Zoho Books and working knowledge of Zoho inventory.

• Experience in payment gateway reconciliation.

• Excellent M S office skills

• Stakeholders’ management & should be able to talk at all sales/business org levels.

• Working knowledge of GST, TCS & TDS
