Accounting Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)

**STABL Energy** is looking for an enthusiastic Accounting Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) to join their team and help keep finances in check. If you have a passion for precise accounting and organizational skills, this role is for you.

Tasks:

• Processing ongoing financial accounting including coding and posting of debtors, creditors, cash, and bank transactions
• Reconciling debtors and creditors accounts
• Handling payment transactions
• Acting as a central contact person in the administrative area for service providers
• Assisting with organizational matters
• Supporting Facility Management topics such as procurement and management of daily office needs (purchases, beverages, etc.)
• Processing mail

Requirements:

• Completed training as a finance and accounting assistant, accounting specialist, or a commercial education with a focus on accounting
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Sharepoint
• Sound knowledge of DATEV DUO and DATEV
• Experience in creditors and debtors accounting
• Independent, precise, and structured way of working
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in browsing
• German as a native language or very good language skills, as well as good English skills
• Company language proficiency
