Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency engineering, project management, or related field.
• Professional Engineer license is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of energy codes, regulations, and industry standards.
