Mothers Out Front is a dynamic, fully remote, fast-growing organization committed to mobilizing mothers and caregivers across the United States to advocate for a swift transition to clean, renewable energy and a just, sustainable future. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Manager to join our team and lead communications campaign efforts at a national level as well as in the states we work in.

We are committed to being member-led and you will work to develop our web and email campaign strategies to mobilize a diverse group of stakeholders behind a common vision. About Mothers Out Front

Mothers Out Front builds our power as mothers to ensure a livable climate for all children. We are building a multiracial, cross-class, intergenerational movement of mothers, grandmothers, and caregivers dedicated to convincing elected officials and business leaders to work for a swift, complete, and just transition away from fossil fuels to clean and renewable energy. We know that mothers have an important role to play in the climate change movement, and when it comes to protecting their children, mothers are an unstoppable force for change.

Responsibilities

• Inform and execute email strategy processes and best practices
• Train staff and members on email strategy and practices
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the success of email programs
• Manage the organizational website's security and functionality
• Develop measurable web and email goals, work plans, and track progress

Requirements

**Experience:** 6+ years in communications, with a preference for social impact advocacy or political organization experience, particularly in climate and environmental issues.

**Project Management:** Demonstrated experience managing teams, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

**Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to distill complex ideas into clear messages, and write for diverse audiences.

**Digital Tools Skills:** Proficiency in CRM (e.g., EveryAction), CMS (e.g., WordPress), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

**Interpersonal Skills:** Ability to build relationships and engage effectively with diverse groups.
