What to expect:

In our Climate Change and Sustainability Services in Berlin, Hamburg, Hannover, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Cologne, Leipzig, Stuttgart, or Munich, you will immediately accompany national and international clients on their journey towards a more sustainable corporate management. Your tasks will include:

• Developing strategies for implementing sustainability projects and integrating them into existing processes for multiple clients
• Assisting and supporting the management of your clients in developing innovative approaches and implementing them
• Providing information on integrated reporting, materiality analyses, impact assessments, and other reporting-related topics such as implementing EU Taxonomy requirements or preparing for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive
• Assisting in the strategic development and implementation of sustainable value creation within companies and organizations (e.g., circular economy, human rights due diligence, emission reduction in the supply chain, etc.)
• Interdisciplinary collaboration, taking responsibility for project progress, and as a Senior Consultant, also providing technical leadership to team members

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business engineering, or a related field
• Initial practical experience through internships, working student activities in auditing, management consulting, or sustainability departments of industrial companies, with at least two years of relevant professional experience as a Senior Consultant
• Proactiveness and enthusiasm for a rapidly changing environment
• Team player with commitment, high sense of responsibility, willingness to travel, and proficiency in common MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
