Role Summary

The V Label is an internationally recognised symbol for labelling vegan and vegetarian products and services. As a Junior Quality Manager, you will be part of the QM team responsible for ensuring that the label remains the most trusted label in Germany. Your role involves researching critical ingredients and manufacturing processes, supporting licensees and international partners, managing audits, and contributing to the overall quality management procedures.

Job Details

• **Reports to:** Head of V Label DE QM Department
• **Location:** Berlin, Germany or remote within Germany
• **Hours:** 30-40 per week

Responsibilities

• Researching and documenting critical ingredients and manufacturing processes
• Supporting licensees and partners in production-related matters
• Acting as a contact person for audits and QM topics
• Managing audit communication and coordination
• Training auditors and contributing to department targets
• Checking products for compliance with V Label criteria
• Supporting documentation creation and maintenance

Qualifications Required

• Proficient knowledge of chemistry
• Digital working skills
• Interest in researching manufacturing processes
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Positive and enthusiastic work attitude
• Fluency in German and English

Nice to have

• Experience in writing work instructions and maintaining documents
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of certification standards
