**Snapshot:** The Robotics Operations team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support the GDM Robotics research organization by providing resources to solve Embodied AI.

**The Role:** As a Technical Program Manager on the Robotics Operations team, you will apply program management methodologies to research initiatives to accelerate Google DeepMind’s Embodied AI goals responsibly. Key responsibilities include:

  • Applying technical knowledge to execute solutions
  • Partnering with data collection and research teams
  • Implementing program management tools and methodologies
  • Monitoring operational efficiency and resource utilization
  • Coordinating use of lab spaces and overseeing environment design
  • Evaluating and improving processes and reducing operational costs
  • Facilitating collaboration and driving best outcomes

**About You:** To succeed in this role, we look for skills and experience such as:

  • Experience in high-impact projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline with 5-10 years of experience
  • Ability to enhance efficiency and communicate technical ideas effectively
  • Knowledge or interest in AI and machine learning
  • Familiarity with hardware, software testing, and safety protocols Preferred qualifications include robotics knowledge, operational team management experience, or technical lab experience.

**Compensation:** The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $118,000 - $213,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
