**Your responsibilities include:**

• Quality assurance of manufacturing processes in electrode production and foil assembly
• Personnel management of a shift team
• Personnel allocation, qualification matrix, and training documents creation and maintenance
• SAP bookings, VDM bookings
• Inventory of raw materials and semi-finished parts
• Planning and implementation of material shipments
• Support in organizing and improving processes
• Creation of preset documents and instructions in production
• Training of employees
• Analysis of production key figures OEE Yield

**Requirements:**

• Technical Master or equivalent education and qualification
• First professional experience in a similar field
• Experience in web processing or coating is advantageous
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent knowledge of SAP
• Experience in personnel management is an advantage
• Knowledge in Lean Management (6S) is advantageous
• Supervision and support of quality inspections
• Participation in the technical development of existing systems
• Development of potentials for process and scrap optimization
