Senior Analyst Corporate Safety

**Job Purpose:** Collect, analyze, and report on Worker Safety aligned with our Company Business goals and objectives. Create and/or work with analysis visualization reporting tools (e.g., Power BI dashboards) to support OSHA and other Worker Safety Programs (e.g., Contractor safety, vehicle safety). Work closely with key stakeholders within our Business Unit teams to define reporting requirements. Build out reports that align with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, and/or program requirements. Ensure accuracy and quality of safety data to provide relevant and up-to-date information to support the organization in safety decision-making. Support identification, design, and implementation of process improvements related to incident injury classification, tracking, trending, and reporting database. Maintain and retain accurate OSHA Recordkeeping records.

**Key Accountabilities:**

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret US safety data using statistical and data validation techniques
  • Review and analyze incident information to identify trends and key drivers to improve Safety Program initiatives
  • Provide reporting and strategic communications associated with Worker Safety performance
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of data and KPIs to maintain compliance with OSHA recordkeeping requirements
  • Troubleshoot data issues and recommend efficiencies in data reporting processes
  • Manage benchmarking with external organizations and analyze benchmarking results
  • Acquire knowledge of Worker Safety regulatory and benchmarking requirements

**Experience Required:**

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, or engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with business and statistical modeling and business intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with writing code or syntax (e.g., SQL, Python)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience bringing together data systems and data-driven reporting
  • Strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, communication, and relationship building skills
  • Experience in safety management preferred but not required

**More Information:**

  • Salary: $91,000 - $107,000 a year
