Your Future Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Operations in daily operations alongside your customer service tasks
  • Conduct customer conversations, handle tickets, and ensure competent and solution-oriented task management and customer care
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to develop solutions for complex issues
  • Assist the Head of Operations with organizational and reporting tasks
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimized time management
  • Facilitate communication between departments for a smooth flow of information

Your Background

  • Completed training or similar in a commercial or service-oriented field (e.g., office communication, hospitality)
  • Strong interest in the German energy market
  • Experience in phone and written customer service in the B2C sector and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, handle confidential information, and act as a gatekeeper
  • Interest in long-term employment, working in a fast-growing environment
  • Ability to work independently, organized, and responsibly
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, and fluent in German and English
