Program Manager Urban Forestry

**You Have:**

• Passion for the Foundation's mission, nature, environmental stewardship, and people
• Experience possessing technical proficiency and leadership in urban forestry (ISA certified arborist preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Led programmatic impact
• Ability to drive program growth and efficacy through fostering relationships, innovative strategies, and strategic expansion

**You Will:**

• Spearhead the expansion and engagement of Tree City USA Program
• Develop an annual resource plan
• Knowledge share and champion best practices in arboriculture and urban forestry
• Serve key teams and leaders within the Foundation on emerging trends and technologies in urban forestry
• Support Marketing and Communications team to ensure accuracy in media and deliverables
