Your Day to Day

The Engineer will be responsible for verifying quality and technical requirements for projects, products, and service deliveries for Westinghouse from bid phase and component design through manufacturing and delivery. Evaluate new and existing suppliers as requested by the Delivery Stream Manager, drive support completion of Supplier Audits and Technical Evaluations as needed, lead Request for Quotation (RFQ) package creation, oversee Supplier Oversight, support Supplier Quality, and more.

Who You Are

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• 7 years of applicable experience (additional opportunities for less experienced engineers)
• Experience preferred in the Power Generation or Nuclear Industries
• Be familiar with Manufacturing Capability Assessment concepts
• Fluent in English, secondary language skills a plus but not required
• Willing to travel to support emergent project issues, supplier development
• US Citizen
