What You Can Expect

The Senior IT Analyst Business Process Management will be responsible for assisting in budgeting and process management within the IT department. This role involves ensuring that budget and spend align with ENGIE North America CIO and IT's overall objectives and managing day-to-day activities. Reporting to the Senior Advisor for Program Management and Processes, this position will be based in Houston, Texas.

• Coordinate with Finance to maintain comprehensive budget reports for IT project operations and infrastructure
• Analyze financial data to monitor performance against budgetary goals and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with organizational objectives
• Assist with financial reporting for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
• Conduct regular financial audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Provide financial insights and forecasts to support decision-making within the IT department
• Create PowerPoint slides and graphics (Waterfalls)
• Coordinate activities for the office of the CIO
• Assist IT Senior Advisor Program Management as requested

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or information technology, or a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related role
• Strong understanding of invoicing, purchase-to-pay process, IT asset management, budget management, performance tracking, and analysis
• Proficiency in using Power BI, SAP FICO, and enterprise systems for procurement, invoicing, and expense management
• Analytical skills with large datasets, spreadsheets, and SQL
• General understanding of business functions; energy industry knowledge is a plus
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint
• Proficient in using ServiceNow is a plus

Compensation

• Salary range: $74,500 - $114,195 USD annually
• Actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as geography, experience, education, or other bona fide factors
