Head of US Global Market Analytics

**What You Can Expect** As a Head of US Global Market Analytics, you will report to CEO of ENGIE Energy Marketing North America (EEMNA) and lead a team that provides market analysis of North American natural gas and power markets for internal and external clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing and tracking fundamentals of the North American natural gas market
  • Developing and maintaining North American Gas Supply Demand models
  • Developing and maintaining regional natural gas balances
  • Analyzing and tracking fundamentals of the North American Power markets
  • Supervising development and maintenance of full dispatch power stack models
  • Supporting traders on ad hoc analysis related to gas and power markets
  • Working within and coordinating with Global Energy Management (GEM) global market analysis teams

**What You'll Bring**

  • A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in energy markets fundamental analysis
  • Proven track record in developing value-added analysis
  • Fluency in Data Science and clear communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience building and managing a team

**Additional Details**

  • Eligible for hybrid work policy
  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time
  • Compliance with ENGIE's policies regarding COVID vaccination and testing
  • Compliance with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

**Compensation** Salary Range: $184,200 - $275,310 USD annually (average expected pay range). Actual salary may vary based on factors such as geography, experience, education, and more. In addition to base pay, eligible for a competitive bonus incentive plan.
