About Us

We at hep develop, build, and operate long-term solar parks and PV roof systems at selected locations worldwide. At the same time, we design and manage alternative investment funds that invest in the respective phases of the solar projects. Together, we work for a better tomorrow. As we believe that there can never be enough world improvers, we are looking for a Head of Portfoliomanagement (m/w/d) at the earliest possible date.

What You Will Do

• You will be responsible for supporting your team holistically and operationally in portfolio fund management.
• Conduct financial calculations, stress scenarios, cash flow calculations, analyses, ratings, and reports for banks and investors.
• Coordinate your team and internal departments in the development of investment products and mandates.
• Lead projects related to investment assets and structural projects.
• Develop sustainable investment mandates with financing structures under German or Luxembourg law.

What You Bring

• Completed university degree with several years of experience in AIF investment environment, portfolio management, product development, or transactions.
• Strong leadership skills and a sense of responsibility.
• Independent work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience.
• Excellent team and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong decision-making abilities and results-oriented mindset.
