**Purpose of the Position**

Responsible for the commercial development either in the midstream and the downstream market of MexCom in coordination with the upstream sales team and support areas by leading the elaboration of gas commercial offers from lead until invoicing and developing marketing and implementing the services Mexcom offers to its customers.

**Responsibilities and Job Functions**

  • Lead the commercial strategy addressed to develop the midstream market
  • Lead the Commercial department through a collaborative and supporting environment with the sales personnel when needed
  • Support the commercial team to address discussions from a technical and specialized perspective
  • Promote the development of each team member
  • Lead and oversee all the activities related to commercial offers and new customers connections
  • Lead the commercial strategy in coordination with upstream and sales department
  • Lead, promote, implement, and manage all Risk Management Services
  • Develop and collaborate on the digitalization of the commercial activities
  • Elaborate, follow up, and analyze commercial KPIs
  • Monitoring of competition and external environment

**Occupational Profile**

  • Education: Engineering, legal administration, economy, or career related to this position
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in the energy supply area, minimum 3 years in natural gas supply activities
  • Technical skills: Laws, directives, norms, rules, and fundamentals of the natural gas market and products, Communication, Commercial Strategy, Advanced level of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Data Managing Tools, Advanced English
