We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to lead a team of entry-level sales representatives. Responsibilities include:

• Running daily sales meetings and trainings
• Generating leads and soliciting qualified homes for solar
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring based on growth goals
• Monitoring rep growth and assessing needs
• Working with Regional Management on office strategy

Qualifications and Requirements

• BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Sales management experience required
• Ability to operate under performance pressure
• Hiring and terminating experience required
• Experience in D2D sales and lead generation
• Must be flexible to work weekends and evenings
• Reliable transportation for travel
• Highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest
• Problem-solving skills and excellent communication
• Computer proficiency required
• Bilingual abilities a plus
• Applicants must be 18 years old or older
