Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our senior management team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be proficient in managing administrative tasks, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Manage calendars and schedules of senior executives
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist in various ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
