Everlight Solar is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join the Everlight Solar team as a Construction Recruiting Assistant. This entry-level position is a full-time in-office role. The Construction Recruiting Assistant will assist the Recruitment Team by performing interviews, being a liaison between the Construction Department and the Recruitment Department, and attending job fairs and other recruiting events.

**Responsibilities:**

• Training will include shadowing the different construction teams
• Work closely with the Construction Recruiter to enact company goals and strategies
• Perform personality interviews both virtually and in person
• Attend internal and external in-person recruiting events such as job fairs etc
• Act as a liaison between Construction and Recruitment teams

**Requirements:**

• This job is in person at our Verona office; ability to be on time every day
• Strong computer technological skills
• Experience with iOS and MacOS
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and control time effectively
• Construction experience knowledge preferred
