Role Overview:

As a Community Implementation Manager at Rewiring America, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of community-based initiatives aimed at advancing clean energy adoption and sustainability. You will work closely with diverse stakeholders, including community leaders, local government officials, and partner organizations, to drive impactful change at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to promote clean energy solutions.
• Collaborate with community partners to establish programs and campaigns that support energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, events, and educational sessions to raise awareness and drive participation in clean energy initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the community to foster support and participation in sustainability efforts.
• Gather and analyze data to measure the impact and effectiveness of community programs, and use insights to optimize strategies for greater success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Sustainability).
• Proven experience in community outreach, engagement, or project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse groups.
• Passion for sustainability, clean energy, and environmental advocacy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
