Job Description

Northvolt has an exciting opportunity for Business Intelligence Specialists/Developers to contribute to building an analytics platform together with our fantastic team in Gdańsk. We are open for all levels of seniority. A core function of this role will be to not only manage the delivery of BI solutions but challenge the status quo so that Northvolt is implementing the most efficient solutions. You will be vital to the Business intelligence team to help expand our Business Intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering discussions with stakeholders across multiple business units
• Build data models and other data solutions to help teams work more efficiently
• Manage full data project lifecycle from requirements gathering to building and deploying BI solutions
• Initiate discussions and plans for adopting BI/DW strategy
• Collaborate with the Master data team to ensure data quality
• Build dashboards and/or create interactive stories
• Work with great people

**Title:** Jane **Skills & Requirements:**

• SQL (idea about T-SQL)
• Business process analysis
• Stakeholder management
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience working with BI analytics and/or development
• Excellent English skills - both written and in conversation
• Exceptional team player and collaborator capable
• Capable of working in a dynamic environment
• **Bonus points:** experience with one of top cloud providers (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Synapse, DevOps, Fabric, etc. AWS Glue, Redshift, DynamoDB, GCP Data Fusion, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, DB2, etc.)
