**Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate, prioritize, and schedule the progress of Salesforce or Analytics topics based on skills while supporting internal and external project teams in carrying out their daily tasks.
• Participate in qualifying the target solution.
• Identify and select technical components of the solution.
• Lead design workshops.
• Configure and set up the solution.
• Test the solution and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Support the entity in adopting its tools through various change management initiatives.
• Ensure operational excellence, project quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a reference for the project team on functional aspects.

**Profile:**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience with Salesforce or Analytics.
• Comfortable leading design workshops.
• Proficient in Agile methodology.
• Experience with Salesforce Clouds: SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt communication.
• Salesforce certification is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team spirit and customer relationship skills.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
