What we look for in a course creator
Care
Capacity to be accepting, supportive, and compassionate towards all learners. Address learning questions with thought and care.
Expertise
Demonstrated practical or theoretical expertise in the subject matter you are teaching. Professional work experience in the field is desirable but not required.
Presence
The ability to create and deliver engaging content in an online setting. Experienced and skilled with online facilitation is a plus.
Enthusiasm
Past teaching experience is desired but not required. Enthusiasm for teaching is a must!
