Solid Oxided Fuel Cell Enginer

Specializing in SOFC optimization, this role will play a pivotal role in advancing efforts to improve the technology development. Opportunity to work cross-functional teams of engineers and researchers to develop cutting-edge solutions that enhance the efficiency and performance of SOFC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, modeling, and simulation of mechanical components and systems within SOFCs, including stacks, fuel reformers, and heat exchangers.
• Conduct detailed analysis and optimization studies to improve the durability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of SOFC systems.
• Utilize advanced computational tools and experimental techniques to evaluate performance parameters and identify areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical design improvements into overall system architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Solid understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles.
• Experience with CAD software for mechanical design (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Experience working on fuel cell optimisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
